兎辰屋（うさたつや）について

兎辰屋（うさたつや）へようこそ。
当店は、水引細工や布猫といった、日本の心を感じる「和の手仕事」を通じて、保護猫たちの活動を支援するチャリティショップです。

店名の「兎辰屋」は、古来より縁起が良いとされる干支の「兎」と「辰」に由来しています。
手仕事の「結び」が、猫たちの幸せな未来への「縁」となることを願い、日々活動しています。

私たちが大切にしている二つのこと

1. 和の手仕事を日常に

人と人を結ぶ縁起物である「水引」や、一つひとつ表情の異なるお人形など、日本の文化をベースにした温もりある手仕事品をお届けします。
作家様の手から生まれる、凛とした美しさと、心和む柔らかさを大切にしています。

2. 全ての商品が、命を救う力に

兎辰屋では、作家様のご協力のもと、全商品の売上の10％を保護猫団体へ寄付しております。
お買い物をしていただくことが、そのまま猫たちの食事や医療費、新しい家族との出会いを探す活動の支援に繋がります。

繊細に結ばれた水引のように、あなたと、どこかで待つ猫たちの幸せな「縁」を結びたい。

Welcome to Usatatsuya.
We are a charity shop dedicated to supporting cat rescue activities through the beauty of "Wa" (Japanese harmony)
and the warmth of heartfelt handwork, such as Mizuhiki cord art and handcrafted dolls.

The name "Usatatsuya" (兎辰屋) is inspired by the Rabbit (Usa) and the Dragon (Tatsu) from the Japanese zodiac,
both considered auspicious symbols.
We hope that the "knots" tied in our work will become "En" (bonds of fate) that connect rescued cats to a happy, loving future.

1. Bringing "Wa" Handwork into Daily Life

From "Mizuhiki"—the traditional art of tying auspicious cords—to handcrafted dolls with unique expressions,
we offer one-of-a-kind items rooted in Japanese culture.
We cherish the dignified beauty of traditional techniques and the soothing softness that only the human hand can create.

2. Every Purchase Helps Save a Life

With the generous cooperation of our artisans, 10% of all sales are donated to cat rescue organizations.
Your purchase directly supports cats in need by providing food, medical care,
and the resources necessary to find them their "forever homes."
